In the fourth month we will review your product and service mix to maximize your growth potential.

In month five we'll focus on increasing both the number and quality of recurring revenue streams flowing into your business.

In month six we will review your company’s positioning in the market using a tool called The Positioning Planner.

The Hub & Spoke Score

In month seven we will dedicate our time to minimizing your company’s dependence on you personally.

The Switzerland Structure

The ninth month is dedicated to the continued benchmarking of your customer’s satisfaction with your business against the most successful and fastest growing companies in the world.

In the tenth month our focus will be on cash  flow. Our goal will be to maximize the cash flow coming from the day-to-day operations of your business.

In Week 1, you will watch the video content which relates to the topic for the month. The video instruction will guide you through the relevant theory and application of the topic to your business. Start to develop an understanding about how to apply the content to your business.

In Week 2, there will be a practical exercise for you to complete. This exercise is a guided learning experience that helps to reinforce the topic for the month and is directly related to the conditions and situation within your business.

In Week 3, you will meet online with your Cavedale Advisory Bootcamp coach who will continue to guide you through the topic for the month, ensure that you have fully understood and been able to apply the relevant information to your business, answer any questions and set action items.
